People are unique with different body types, stress levels, lifestyles, dieting history, time constraints and struggles. Eat Paleo? No problem. Vegetarian – yep that's fine too. I don’t prescribe a particular way of eating, nor recommend a specific brand of supplements. Nutrition guides and sample meal plans are structured to include your preferred food choices and lifestyle.
