In-home personal training is available within the Chattanooga area. Let me bring the equipment to you or utilize the equipment you already have. This is a great opportunity to stay consistent when you're short on time. Say good-bye to gym membership fees, travel time and the intimidation of training in front of others.

Each package includes:
Initial 30-minute consultation to determine your starting point and design your program. This includes; fitness, posture, body composition and movement assessment.
Assessments every 6-8 weeks to track your individual progress relative to your specific health and fitness goals. This is important to determine adjustments in your program, work through challenges and celebrate wins.
Nutrition Coaching takes your health and weight loss journey to the next level with the guidance, accountability and education that is necessary for short and long-term results. Nutrition is by far the most important aspect of achieving a healthier, leaner body. All diets have pros and cons but it's important to know which will work for your body, preference and lifestyle. As your personal fitness and nutrition coach, I will help you break through your barriers that have prevented you from getting results or maintaining them in the past. When you feel frustrated, stuck and ready to give up, I will be there to get you back on track! It's time to get fit in the gym and lose weight in the kitchen. Optional for those that are interested in improving their diet with small and strategic changes. Ask me about your special client package.
