Personal training is one on one instruction on health and fitness designed with an individual approach that allows me to work with your specific needs, goals, interests and abilities.

This is a great option for those:

  • wanting a private setting or are uncomfortable in groups

  • with physical limitations or special considerations

  • wanting specialized guidance to meet specific goals such as physique training or breaking through a plateau in body composition or fitness levels.


I strive to provide a high level of professionalism, knowledge and experience to ensure that your custom workout is safe, effective and tailored to your goals and interests. Strength training is the best way to change the SHAPE of your body while improving your STRENGTH and FUNCTIONAL ability so you can keep doing all the things you love.


Every client is unique and an integral part of the success. Together, we will collaborate regularly about your progress, your workouts and recovery between sessions, and the direction you would like to go. After all, these are your goals and your hard work. I'm here to lead, educate and challenge you to get the results you deserve.

In-Home Personal Training or Outdoor Training (riverwalk, local park, etc.) is available within the Chattanooga area. Let me bring the equipment to you or  utilize the equipment you already have. This is a great opportunity to stay consistent when you're short on time. Say good-bye to gym membership fees, travel time and the intimidation of training in front of others.

       Online Training with Zoom is a great option for anyone that isn't ready to hit the gym after COVID-19. Having a personal trainer design and guide your workouts will keep you consistent and seeing results whether it's one on one or with a few friends to make workouts more fun. With Zoom, it's just like in-person because of the 2-way feedback allowing for form corrections and visual demonstrations to make sure you're getting the most efficient and safe workout from the comfort of your home.

Program Packages

Each package includes:

  • Initial 30-minute consultation to determine your starting point and design your program. This includes; fitness, posture, body composition and movement assessment.

  • Assessments every 6-8 weeks to track your individual progress relative to your specific health and fitness goals. This is important to determine adjustments in your program, work through challenges and celebrate wins.

  • Nutrition Coaching takes your health and weight loss journey to the next level with the guidance, accountability and education that is necessary for short and long-term results. Nutrition is by far the most important aspect of achieving a healthier, leaner body. All diets have pros and cons but it's important to know which will work for your body, preference and lifestyle. As your personal fitness and nutrition coach, I will help you break through your barriers that have prevented you from getting results or maintaining them in the past. When you feel frustrated, stuck and ready to give up, I will be there to get you back on track! It's time to get fit in the gym and lose weight in the kitchen. Optional for those that are interested in improving their diet with small and strategic changes. Ask me about your special client package.
